Double glazing existing sash windows is a popular service used by many property owners who are keen to preserve the traditional look of their windows and property, whilst benefiting from double glazing.

This project involved the London & Herts Sash Windows team taking two bedroom sash windows, one bathroom and one kitchen sash window, all of fairly large proportions and carrying out a full restoration on each, whilst importantly increasing the rebate size of the original sash frames to accommodate the new slim line glazing.

Once glazed the frames and window boxes were all fully decorated and the windows fitted fully draught proofed.

The sash windows looked fantastic once fitted and kept the all important traditional look, whilst incorporating slim line double glazing.
